Information on the processing of candidates’ personal data art.13 GDPR 679/2016
This information describes the methods of processing of personal data of candidates collected from the person concerned or from third parties. AUTOMA S.R.L. informs the subjects who want to leave their curriculum vitae, the information on the processing of personal data under Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 679/2016.
- Purpose of processing
Personal, identification and curricular data, as well as any sensitive data, collected from the person concerned or from third parties used by the Data Controller for selection procedures, are processed and used in order to respond to the data subject’s request and, more specifically, to verify the conditions for recruitment and/or the start of a collaboration. The collection will only concern common data; therefore, we invite you not to provide data that may reveal your state of health, racial and ethnic origin, as well as your religious beliefs, political opinions, sexual life and all information that may be qualified as special data unless it is strictly necessary for the purpose of collection.

The data is processed by computer, telematic and paper means.
- Purposes for which the data are intended and storage time
The data collected through your curriculum vitae will be entered into our database and kept for the period necessary for the evaluation and will be deleted or destroyed if your figure does not present characteristics of particular interest for the purposes of possible selection.
In any case, your data will be kept for no longer than 1 year after collection.
- Legal basis for processing
The provision of data is based on your consent, which is free and optional.
Failure to provide data necessary for the selection process will make it impossible to evaluate you insofar as such data is necessary for the execution of the selection process. Consent to the processing of personal data is a necessary condition for the acceptance of your curriculum vitae; without it, your curriculum vitae cannot be evaluated and possibly stored.
- Recipients or categories of interested parties
Your data will not be disclosed by us. Your data may, however, be communicated for the same purposes of collection to persons within our company.
We also inform you that no transfer to third countries outside Italy is envisaged.
- Rights of the interested parties
We also inform you that, as data subject, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to the processing as well as the possibility to withdraw your consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing and to lodge a complaint with the Authority in accordance with the provisions of Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR 679/2016, by addressing the relevant request to the Data Controller.
