PURCHASING & LOGISTIC Manager

Gianna started working at AUTOMA in 2003 as Customer Care and Help Desk. Since 2012 she has been in charge of the administrative registration of the passive flow; finally, thanks to her ability to analyse, negotiate and of problem solving, in 2017 she was appointed Supply Chain Manager.

Today, Gianna supervises and manages the organizational aspects linked to AUTOMA’flow of goods, from the supply of raw materials to the delivery of finished products; she supervises production activities and organizes incoming goods shipments and deliveries to customers. She monitors the performance of processes with the aim of optimizing them, proposing innovative solutions based on the development of the company structure.

Gianna manages the purchasing, logistics and production team directly or by interacting with the area coordinators; she maintains ongoing relations with suppliers and carries out market research for the introduction of new partnerships.
