We are glad to announce that AUTOMA is now a member of the esteemed global organisation Achilles Utilities Vendor Database (UVDB), further ensuring its high quality standards, environment, health & safety and supply chain.
Achilles was founded in 1990 in Norway, with the goal to help organisations to identify, valuate, qualify and monitor suppliers in the whole supply chain in order to reduce operating costs. By now, the system includes companies from over 23 countries and it is the equivalent of reliability and quality.
As supply chains become more and more globalised, buyers and suppliers need an in-depth risk assessment. Achilles no longer focuses just on cost reduction and on supply chain mapping. As a result of the positive completion of the audit held by the organisation, AUTOMA has been included as a certified member of Achilles. The audit aimed to evaluate the company’s performance in health & safety, environment, quality and social corporate responsibility matter through an analysis of the management system.
