Graduated cum laude in Computer and Automation Engineering, she has 5 years of experience in the field of customer technical support activities during the PRE-SALE and POST-SALE stages. At AUTOMA, Alessandra is in charge of the Customer Technical Support Department made up of the sub-departments of Project Management and Customer Care. The focus of her work is the coordination of activities to ensure that the project requirements are met within the established deadlines as well as to provide the client with all the necessary support, also following the commissioning of the project.
